In 2017, in honor of the twentieth anniversary of the release of the book "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone", an unusual exhibition opened at the New York Historical Society, which allowed to explore the fascinating and real history of magic, which is the basis of the Harry Potter series. Featuring a treasure trove of over 150 magical artefacts from the British Library, the New York Historical Society and other world-renowned institutions, this book will take you on a journey through the exhibition and explore in detail the amazing subjects that must be studied at Hogwarts: potions, potions, care of magical creatures and others
